In Mexico. I took this picture back in 1998, and I'm glad I finally found a place to share it. This temple and the ruins surrounding it were incredible.

I'm with Rezuri - I love the textures in this image. It seems . . . so surreal, yet it's obviously a real picture. The atmosphere in it is very dreamy, and breathtaking. Yet, I think the neatest part is the little sign in front of the temple! Such a mirage of the past and the present.

I had the fortune to be born to a woman who loves to travel. Before she married, my mom had taken tours of 5 different countries and most of the U.S. Ergo, after I was born, she and my dad did their best to take me to places of both beauty and history. I am extremely blessed.
